The History of Talking Elvis

Talking Elvis is the creation of sisters Katelyn and Emily Jones. The original Talking Elvis book was a picture book Emily created in 2005 (while she was just a Kindergartner.) Emily would "read" the book to her family by telling the story by memory while showing the pictures from the book.

Katelyn was so impressed by the characters her little sister created that she offered to help in the creation by hand writing the stories. Thus the creative team behind Talking Elvis was formed. They soon got together and created Talking Elvis 1: His First Book. Two years and 5 books later they are still hard at work creating more adventures for their favorite talking cat!
